Tend is a private family organization tool. By creating an account, you agree to use it for its intended purpose and not to misuse the service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Everything you put into Tend belongs to you. We do not claim any rights to your family's information. You can export or delete it at any time.
After your 14-day free trial, continued use of Tend requires a paid subscription at the price shown at the time of signup. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Tend is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be available at all times. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages resulting from use of the service.
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you by email before any material changes take effect.
